Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort, Phuket, Patong

My stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern with a great view of the swimming pool from my room. The service was friendly and helpful, though cleanliness could be improved in some areas. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore Phuket. The dining experience was mixed, with limited options, but the overall value for money was good. The facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.

The hotel rooms are really old and musky, with a mini kitchen missing basic tools like a microwave, bottle opener, or corkscrew. On the bright side, they focus on cleanliness with disinfectant in the toilets, showers, bathrooms, and floors; however, the rigid shuttle service to Patong ending at 8 pm and restrictions on luggage are inconvenient. The rooms also have a stinky sewage smell lingering.

The hotel offers a large living space with separate bedrooms and extra-large bathrooms. However, the rooms were quite far away in another building and had issues with mosquitoes and a bed smell, which felt like false advertising due to the cleanliness concerns.

I could dip into the pool right from my bedroom which was a cool touch, but the mini kitchen lacked some essential equipment like a microwave, bottle opener, or corkscrew. The hotel staff were lovely, and the toilet had a nice design to it, making it a cozy spot to stay overall.

The hotel offers a mixed experience with rooms showing signs of age but boasting an excellent terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi. However, the service was lacking with staff pushing for 'Wyndham' sign-ups and rude behavior. The location, although not ideal, provides access to nearby attractions. The dining options were subpar. Facilities were average overall.
